I second that....It says on ECAS that it usually gets update on Tuesday....So hopefully tomorrow a few more IN PROGRESS and a few more DECISION MADE :D :D :D

Nice to see some changes on the 2013 spreadsheet. With the CIC saying mine is close to the top of the pile, Im hoping I may not be to far away (However I am probably over optimistic)

Just got this from the CIC: Dear Mr Boden, Thank you for your recent e-mail. Please be advised that our office is not currently on strike and there has been minimal impact to our processing times. I can advise you that your file is currently awaiting review from an Immigration Officer...

Still waiting for our first 2013 "in process" I see. Looking at the spreadsheet is it right to assume they are dealing with Dec/Jan apps?

Its official. Sod the strike I am going travelling with my wife while we wait for London send me my COPR. Can't wait and its going to make the delay seem less irritating :D

Cool, What I am thinking of doing is changing the address to my Vancouver Home and then go traveling. Then Ill land back in Seattle, USA and get a friend to meet me with my COPR (If it comes of course) Rather than keep waiting in the UK.

A question for the guys who have moved to Canada on a vistor visa while they await there decision. Did you just change you address to your Canadian one with the CIC, was there any issue with this as you are then not technically outside canada although you applied outside. Ty, Jack

I got married in Canada last year and i got money values of $40-$300. I would say $50-$100 would be enough and was considered an "average"

Bad news with the strike, I am going to send an e-mail to the CIC to ask for some more information about the strike, Once I have a response I will post it on here.

So everyone who is having difficulties finding a job. Would you say it is worth me obtaining a writen reference from my previous employers. I am on good terms with them all so should be easy enough. I know this won't remove the "canadian expereince" problem but it will mean they don't have to...

This is pretty much the situatuion I am in (no children involved, first sponsorship, first marriage etc) so hopefully I can get a 4-5 month decision. however I am not banking on it. :D
