It will be refused if u don't give biometrics for 30 days since u can't give biometrics. If u applied recently then try to cancel the visa so u can get refund or leave for 1month then u will get refusal letter and u can apply after that. Add strong SOP in your application with supporting documents.

I don't think so, it's bcse of educational gap. Might be of not submitting SOP. I heard some one got visa with 5.5 IELTS in one band. Pray to God.

Thanks for your prayer, i received biometric correspondence letter before refusal. I think the main reason for rejection would be non submission of SOP, let me write strong SOP and shoot again.
