Just to update you guys on my case. I emailed the office in Ottawa. The auto-reply said the response is within 20 working days. Though they responded in less than a day extending the duration 30 more days to send them my passport.

So Guys now I need your advise, is it risky to send the passport now before my travel on July 15th. I will back on 24th so I will barely make it before the 30 day duration. My time line is Application sent: Dec 24th AOR: Dec 28th Medical Passed: Mar 9th Security in progress: June 1st...

Hey Guys, I have a booked travel plan on July 15th. I wonder if I received PPR (hopefully soon :D), will the time allow for the passport to go back and forth? May the guys who recently received PPRs update us on how currently does it take CIC to send us the passports back. Thanks!
