How long does it take to get COPR after you send your passport / biodata to Ottawa?

I received my PPR at 10pm last night - I pretty much doubt government workers work weekend but I do think there emails come out at weekends so fingers crossed a batch of PPRs soon for everyone

Does PPR come as an email directly to your email account or is it a message in your CIC? If it's a refusal does it usually come quickly?

Thanks - you would hope / think that they would send the refusal straight away. All of my fingers and toes are crossed at the moment for the next waiting game. Am I correct that it can take up to a week to find out?

After DM is it a guaranteed passport / photo request?

DM this morning - AOR June 18 Does anyone know now can I get refused at this stage. I keep checking my application and it stills says open / background check in progress / review of eligibility in progress.

When DM comes is it always positive or can it be rejection at this stage?

So it appears a number of people from June have got the ghost email (so glad we have this forum for the moral support!) Anyone seen any action on their ECAS?

I'm towards the end of June though - I think it's a bit early for that :-(

June 18th AOR - just recieved a ghost mail that my application had been updated. Logged on and there has been no update.

It's cruel isn't it! I'm June AOR also - I'm just wondering would if I should of been refused my now or do they just send refusal or positive DM at the same time.

No I haven't been rejected, I'm just trying to predict worst case scenario.

Yea thought so - I imagine the only hope of BOWP getting approved is if I went back into the pool got and ITA and was able to send in a case specific with my new AOR.

If you apply for PR and BOWP and are on implied status - if your PR application is rejected but you are still waiting on a result on your BOWP - does that mean you are out of status or are you still on implied status until you hear from your BOWP?

No - not everyone qualifies for FSW. If you do qualify for CEC AND FSW - they always bring you under the FSW scheme (I don't know why).
