Got the PPR email a few hours ago. AOR - May 8th MEP / IP1 - May 16th IP2 - Sep 19th PPR email - Sep 20th Good luck, everyone!

Updated to IP2 today! No email notification yet. AoR May first week.

I'd hold off calling them until this issue is fixed. From their twitter page, it's clear that the site outage has affected many people travelling today/tomorrow. So let the call center folks handle those people rather than us.

Surely, the PPR email should appear in the messages folder in the CIC account? As a backup you can also setup any emails from cic to auto-fwd to an alternate address (while keeping a copy in your current inbox) .

How do I know which office is processing my file? Do i have to call to find out? I'm not interested in calling given long wait times but am just curious.
