I emailed CIC this morning, they said my passport was mailed 5/31/2016, but my tracker has yet to be scanned/registered. Cheers

My application has been approved this week, I applied July 6th. I spoke with the advisor and apparently they are having issues accessing CIC 's platform to confirm the Provincial Nominee approval.
