Same case here. And the submission date is the date we linked the OWP...

And we can see on the spreadsheet that someone having applied in June received their OWP approval today! It's coming!

I haven't received it too, but: We were able to link the OWP to our account, but we don't have it yet: so it is possible we will receive the approval letter between now and when we have the OWP? (I don't know enough about all the stages of the process I admit)

Just been able to link the OWP application to my wife's account! The "Documents submitted by the client" is empty, however..
