I believe your file is no problem just waiting the test. And cic Vancouver has no schedule which the next time back to island. Maybe u can call them after a little while... I found the Vancouver has no oath in five weeks. So maybe they will use these time to open more test...

Ok, no problem. Did your friend's ecas update? My ecas updated last week but no mail letter yet. I think your friend will no problem if your friend like me. But if ecas did't update......maybe next time.

As u say, victoria is the slow city in whole country. We have no way only to wait. But cic said every case is different--- case by case. I guess the cic officer will back to victoria between the Julu to Sep. because I remember they will back to island every season( three months). Hope u will...

Maybe we can get the notice ( mail or e-cas) at the end of April or the beginning of May if the Vancouver officer come back to victoria at the end of May. I guess they will be back to victoria on 26th to 30th of May if the cic agent is reliable. I think maybe we can get the same reply from cic...
