I'm always wondering a simple question: Why in-land app takes 10 months while out-land only 44 days, for step 1, do we pay less tax than those not in Canada?

Yes, I did send additional documents to Etobicoke, but as someone says, it's like a black hole.... still no response.... not even a pass for stage 1
