It’s normal. My file is not transferred also , after 2 may medical request no update. I called yesterday to cic and they said your file is on hold in Nova scosia . Not transferred yet wait for 12 months time.

Don’t worry! I am also waiting for file transfer after MD ,SA AND BM . After 17 May no any update . Gckey shows background checks in processing. Sometimes everything goes on 1 week if they finish background check. It’s time to wait. Keep calm and be patience. Nobody can do anything. Update here...

BTW,They are not working on weekends. LoL keep patience! Everyone hurry for the next step. Here up one dude just get AOR1 after 2 months. That’s the spirit

I am in same boat as you. Waiting for file transfer from 17 May after medical passed no update. Don’t worry every case is different.

definitely, you should add 2018 tax assessment and all new updated formsnotonly check list if any update latest as well. may be officer diidnot check the whole application it can happened only i assumes. your chat Should be in english according to new check list otherwise it shold also...

obviously, they need to give some waves to those who are 1 time sponsor and not being sponsored. they already in the system and no any pressure or any reason . their cases looks so genuine even UK gives within 30 days spouse visa they are very restricted for immigration

Yes, I mean to say only in some cases PA get the AOR1 but mostly it’s go to sponsor because sponsor submit the file and acting as representative but when PA get the AOR1 than that could be a reason.yes you can check on ECAS as sponsor because you are sponsoring someone doesn’t matter it’s spouse...

If the sponsor act as representative than it’s on sponsor otherwise it will go to PA email ..

You need to put all PA details and yes you need to put 2 if don’t independents . It’s nothing of sponsor it’s PA application so all his/her details

Congrats! First time i used application no and uci its didn’t work than second time I used application and family name and its linked. Make sure your information match to imm 008 . Like we don’t have any last name on passport so I put in application and in gckey also full name at family name...
