Hi, I called CIC help line +1 613-944-4000. The person who spoke to me said that my application is in approved state. How long does it take to PPR mail.? I am from India. I submitted my application on Feb 6th. Medicals passed on Feb 16th. My CRS Score was 478.

Now it almost crossed 100 days..
