Thanks Toby, Sorry to make you confused, I got medical request on April 10 but only for my spouse, I did not get medical request I don't know why but I am thinking I passed medical already from PNP thats why may be I did not get MR for CEC.

Hi Maling, Yes My wife she got her spousal open work permit in Jun 2013. No she applied direct from embassy. Yes if your spouse is in the UAE, Oman, Qatar, and some of gulf country then your spouse work permit process by Canadian embassy Abu-Dhabi.

If so tell your husband to make company letter which mention his wages, duty responsibility and position. if you worker in UAE make yours too same as your husband.

You can just write Open, Because you going to apply for Spousal Open Work Permit, and for location or address also open but you can put province where your husband is staying. I brought my wife also same as you from Dubai.
