Hello everyone Is there any relaxation announced for csq applicants to submit documents affected due to COVID 19. Almost every service is facing a lag and many services are suspended. Even courier services are not working at some places. Will they give some relaxation in time to submit documents?

Hello guys. I want some information please help me out. I received invitation to send documents for CSQ it my passport got expired.due to covid situation in my country passport offices are closed. can i send documents with old passport?Will it affect my application?
