    Entering Canada via Buffalo, US

Thanks @canuck78. I did apply for a PRTD on April 2 but am yet to receive it. I guess Bus or Train will be an issue as one needs to cross the border in a private vehicle.

    Entering Canada via Buffalo, US

I understand, it's hard to predict for an individual but in general I hope US CBP officers know what CoPR is. I am moving to Toronto permanently to join work. I will be carrying all relevant documents (offer letter, offer acceptance emails and other correspondences with HR) Hopefully these will...

    Entering Canada via Buffalo, US

Thanks for the reply @links18. I have US B1/B2 visa. I believe US CBP will need to be convinced that I will not be staying in US. Are US CBP officers generally aware of what CoPR document is? I am just worried that it may not be enough to convince them of my resident status in Canada. Cab's...

    Entering Canada via Buffalo, US

Hi Everyone, I completed landing in Feb 2018 and left in early March to wrap up. I was not expecting to move until July/August 2018 however a job opportunity has now presented itself and I have to travel back to Canada obviously without the PR card (as my initial photos were rejected). I have...

    CIC Redundant Request for Information

That's really weird of them. If they find anything lacking or any discrepancy they should rather directly ask for it.

    CIC Redundant Request for Information

So it's exactly the same as the message that I have received. I wonder why they'd ask for the same information again even when all stamped pages our passport have also been included with the passport. So you're saying you received two requests, one for yourself and then later for your wife?

    CIC Redundant Request for Information

I'd guess that would be passport as that only seems like 'Citizen and Resident document' to me. Did you upload all stamped pages of passport?

    CIC Redundant Request for Information

Thanks for your reply. Did they specifically request you for that? For me, it looks like they have specifically asked travel history for my wife (which was provided earlier as well) however, I am including detailed history for both of us, just to be on the safe side.

    CIC Redundant Request for Information

Thanks for the idea. I guess I can try and do that. I believe I will have similar number of entries as you. I did include a brief explanation in the LoE submitted along with my original application.

    CIC Redundant Request for Information

That was my interpretation too and that's why I did not include those details in the original application. You're right, the form also mentions the same thing. I don't see a reason why it should be included but I also don't understand why I received this request. I am very sure of them being...

    CIC Redundant Request for Information

Thanks for your reply. I am going to try and trace back all these trips. Going to be incredibly difficult.

    CIC Redundant Request for Information

Thanks for replying. I was thinking the same but it is going to be too difficult to trace all our trips in these years. It becomes even more difficult without stamps in the passport due to electronic immigration. I have a couple of days, will try to dig into all my emails to see if I can trace...

    CIC Redundant Request for Information

Thanks for replying. I am pretty sure that I didn't make any mistakes. However I didn't include the trips between my country of citizenship and country of residence which I clearly explained in the Letter of Explanation that I uploaded along with my application. I did however upload all stamped...

    CIC Redundant Request for Information

Hello all, I recently submitted completed application for EE, this was submitted on 27 August. I received the AOR the same day of application submission. This is a joint application along with my wife. During the filling of form, I had provided detailed travel history for both of us however...
