You should have asked your employer to list the job duties you perform in your role and matched that to the relevant NOC. Matching to the correct NOC is very important, and I don't think you can change it once you've submitted all your documentation. Hopefully IRCC can take it into consideration...

They just wanted to confirm a few details to finalize my application and a few hours after that I got my COPR.

You can change the name to reflect the full company name, I did it too.
