I am applying under FSW Outland... PT was received Feb 8, 2016 and Application was submitted Feb 29,2016 (OINP Human Capital Stream)

I am yet to receive the mail because I am currently out of the country, but I asked my sister to read it out and forward same to me by DHL. And for the record, my application got to OINP well before the 45days time limit. When I receive the forwarded package I will let you guys know the details.

I have not received any mail from OINP but my package was returned for the reason that the quota has been exceeded and that OINP is no longer taking any applications.. How can this be considering my application got to OINP on February 29,2016?

I applied for a secondary review of my SINP application because it was rejected and I think I should have been nominated. Has anyone applied for secondary review ? its been two months and i have not received feedback. Please advise . Thank you.

Thanks for you response. If I am to put in another application, do I need to register again and create an entirely new application because I do not see any option on my online account to create another application.

Hello Guys, I submitted my SINP application in on December 06, 2015 and the status is still "In Progress" I suspect it is this was because of some errors on in my application which I communicated to SINP. I am thinking it might be better to create another application and withdraw this one...

I applied to SINP and its in process. Can I also apply for OINP.?
