They didn't give any reason why. I guess since it was expired.

After long wait NDVO told us to get re-medical. They have send us letter to get re-medical done and said visa would be issued once the medical is re-done. Finally got letter after 10 months wait.

Just have quick question in regards to GCMS notes. What is security check? how does it work? I order the notes but everything except security is passed. Just beside security check no status?? please let me know thanks.

I got GCMS notes yesterday. It says APPS STATUS: IN Progress. Everything else is done. Background check, security, criminal. medical all says PASSED. It also mentioned that Relationship appears to be genuine. Interview waiver recommended. File sent to officer for review. Not sure why is getting...

I am in same situation as you. My medical has also expire in Jan 2013. No letter or email from NDVO office.

Hey Buddy: I can feel your pain. I am also in same situation as you. I even submitted mile file since may 2012 and they have started processing in September in New delhi since then no news yet. I am not sure how they are processing files.
