Did u apply from where?

I applied for a work permit from KSA Riyadh CVAC and I received the biometrical request and I completed now 9 weeks already finished today...... what should I do? can anybody give me advice and have anybody facing the same problem?

when i tracking in CVAC website they are showing this below. Visa application, tracking ID No.xxxx Your application has been forwarded to Canada Visa Office in Riyadh on xx/05/2019.To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website. ????
