tried to clear cookie... no luck

I can't seem to login to my GC key account anymore and i have been trying to log in for the past 2 weeks to see if there is any update on our background check....we applied in august... is anyone else facing similar issues? I even tried logging in from other devices but can't seem to.

is it showing in your GCkey account?

Did any of you get an email saying tracking processing time just got easier... login to see the bar that shows the progress.... I logged in and I don't see anything.

I applied in August and got the certificate made before that so even counting from august it as been more than 6 months already.

so for background check they basically inquire about the principal applicant only? what do they look for?

so I finally got the GC key working and it says final decision and yesterday i got an email saying file moved to london office.

strange. maybe you can contact them and ask why you cannot log in.

does it mean background check is complete if the GC key acc show final decision is being made

how long does it take to receive final decision? my account shows 'final decision - your application is in process' and I received an email this week saying file moved to London office. how long does it take for them to make a decision at this point (medical, finger prints etc has all been done)
