hi, In my husbands marksheets, his father name is mentioned as First Name Middle Name only. in all the DMCs. Thats how their univ (MITS Gwalior- Jivaji Univ) issued the DMCs. Will that cause a problem, coz in his passport and other places his dad s name is mentioned fully- first middle and surname.

Thanks. It has been signed by the Administrative officer. Does it have to be signed by the program chairperson(the original degree and marksheet is signed by him. However, for transcripts, the signatory is the Administrative Officer. Is that alright?

hi, I have got the attested transcripts for my Executive PGP(EPGP) from IIM Bangalore(IIMB) its signed by the Administrative Officer. Just wanted to confirm if thats an acceptable signing authority for evaluation by WES Canada. Thanks, Prit

hi, thanks for the info. what is the fee..i have a BE degree and 8 semester marksheets, is it 525*9 or 525*18 ? also we are submitting two sets photocopies, will they send 1 set to WES canada or both? do we need to arrange envelope also , or does PU provide its own.

Hi All, I downloaded the transcripts applications form from General forms on the PU website. Its a pdf. Any suggestions on how to edit it? I need to add more rows in the "Details of Examinations passed" section. Hoping for a quick response. Thanks.
