A little update if it helps any one looking for the same answers. I made the applications on 9th September, and the missing UCI and bio metrics letter popped up early morning 11th. So, in case you submit and something has not landed in your inbox, give it a day or two. it ll come.

I applied 24 hours for myself, wife and two daughters. Me and one daughter got UCI right away along with biometric verification letters. One daughter got UCI, but no Letter. it turns out, she is under 14 and kids that age dont need biometrics. Wife only got Submission confirmation and...
