bro for now i am just opening GIC account and depositing 10000$ cad in it. Fee payment(7000 CAD) as told by univ, can be submitted before registration, adjustments can be done in next sem fee..

actually my counsellor told me to open a simple account first and then open GIC account.. So was confused..

no my doubt is that befor GIC account do we need to open a student account as well or directly I should apply for a GIC account?

is it one under student category? and what is the address we need to enter in the web form? because it accepts only canadian address..

Is loan necessary with GIC? or either will do?

you just need to have 10000$ in ur GIC acount or show loan equivalent to 10000$. no need for doing both.. GIC is recommended..
