what's GCMS and how that helps ?? also, it will be about 1yr since i applied which makes my police checks over 1yr old - did they asked anyone to get a new ones ? would it be smart to get them just in case ??

i am Jan 2013 applicant....but i've been in process since June 2013....and no word since then...getting pretty frustrated when i see that people who appliad waay after me already get their PR.... is it worth to email CIC and bug them re my case ? processing time to Ottawa is 17months.... just...

an update on my case.... since i was feeling that it is taking them too long i started emailing/calling visa offices and i found out that my case is being processed in Ottawa (not Vienna as i originally suspected) and that there is also nothing missing on my application but it will take them...

i am still "in process" it has been like that since June 5..... too long....any my visa office (vienna) is not in the strike :((((

it looks like last batch of "passport requests" came in early July....there is so many guys "in process"...does anyone knows why the holdup ?? are november/december applicants all done ??

it looks like all "passport requests" came in first week of July.....let's hope the rest of us will receive it in first week of August 8)

received email requesting me to pay my RPRF fee.....payed today.....email receipt to them...shouldn't be long from now :)

how do you do this ? what's the procedure ?7 i am all about speeding the process :)

sooo...i just checked my Ecas....and it's saying: Medical results have been received. they still didn't update the application status, but it should be soon :) is anyone updating the spreadsheet ?

guys, did my medical on March 22 (in Calgary) - doctor's office told me they will mail my package out by March 29.....now it's been almost 4 weeks and no change on ECAS or email saying it was received by CIO.... reason to be worried ?

do we get notified of each step through email ?? or we need to check our application on line from time to time....
