If I am getting it right from what you have written then, 1. You only need to do your Highest Degree Credential's assessment. That means you have to send your University degree certificate and transcripts and nothing froms HSC 2. You can pay the ECA fees by using a credit card.

I have applied PCC through their online portal. I applied on 16th Jan and status changed to Payment Received but nothing after that. I think they take more time right now if you apply online. One of my relative got it in less than a week through the old in person system
