Hi, Yes you can apply for online application and you will be following some steps and last step will be payment option and unless you do the payment your application will not be submitted..And you can ask for refund which takes 8 weeks to get them back..Here is the link for refund...

I Know it says 54 days when i checked the processing time,but usually i dont think they even update it correctly in it..I just followed this forum and ppl who applied before with same process and were getting some were within 40 to 45 days..I was lucky enough and got it it 39days.. cheers, AA

Hi, If u'r applying without AOR number just do paper application so that you can buy sometime to get u'r AOR by then..If u have all the documents in hand then go for online..its processing time is within 10 days..good luck.. Cheers, AA
