    That’s the only option you have right now. To use webform and call them.bcz they react to webform in 2 weeks or so. Do ASAP. Before they make a decision on your file bcz your old A****** number is not usable it’s refunded.

    No first one got refused because of sone documents. Then I applied again and my consultant told me to pay the fee again can’t use the old one. I didn’t knew i will get a refund. But you can’t use old fee that’s for sure
