HI DOC , yes i did same with doctor and their office said same thing too. wait is too long and now baby is born i am just waiting for passport as of now then would contact warsaw again.

Hi doc thanks for reply , however while medical was done the doctor has told us that he will send report digitally to warsaw and we will get reply directly but till date no reply yet. i had send copy of medical receipt and pcc to warsaw after medical was done and written email too. still no reply
