Yeah and Nigeria''s police report is only valid for 3 months. You can get one ready within a week so no problems with that.

Also make sure you go with a copy of your work ID. They might ask you. Who is your VO? If it is BWJ you will be very fine as she is very nice. She interviewed me and someone I know and she passed our eligibility on the same day.

It can happen anytime. Mine started moving when I got called for an interview. I had a similar long wait with no updates.

They will expect to see more than 12 months between when you get PPR and when the 1 year initial visa will expire. As you and I know, there might be delays so 10 months is clearly not enough so you will definitely have to renew.
