Your documents were received on January 18, 2019 right, seems like you should get new updates by early next week.

ICAS reply from yesterday: For the type of report which you requested, Assessment and Research Consultants are currently preparing reports for files for which we received appropriate documentation on, or before, January 14, 2019.
