My case is the same as yours. I'm 2015 Dec applicant and ECAS status has shown DM since last Saturday but background check in my CIC is still "In progress". It was changed to "In progress" on Jan 29. I don't know what's going on. Never heard this case before. Hopefully PPR soon!!
