Should i fillup a form for my sister in japan though she is not a dependant anymore? Coz she is already married. I mean should i fillup imm 5406(additional family information) and imm 5669(background declaration) for her?

I have included my father in imm0008, checked the not accompanying and indicated the reason why. I also completed background declaration and additional family information for my father. What about medicals? Sorry im newbie here. And thanks for helping.

Yes, i did include them in the additional family information, and made each one of us fill out that form individually. Except for my sister in japan, i didnt make one for her coz she is already married and living in japan. I also didnt make one for the one who is sponsoring us
