Does anyone know if parents (parent sponsorship case) need to bring a minimum amount of money when they enter Canada after getting visa? If your Mom / Dad entered Canada after getting visa, can you share the experience at the immigration desk....like how was it? questions asked? etc.

I was @ CIC Jan 4th until about 11 am, I did not see any Purolator guy though UPS and FedEx were there and they were going up and down with their dolly full of application packages.

I don't think pure later (purolater) had only 700 applications to deliver that day, most likely 2000-3000 is my guess. BTW does anyone know if we were required to send any photographs (passport size) also in the application???

It is not necessary that the person who received mail is actually working on that file. I think they will have numbering system (in order it was received), otherwise there can be law suits about received late - processed earlier.

Do you think that they can link any card with your card... lol

There are emails and a fax number where you can send the information. I don't remember but if you google, you will find it. That is your last chance, write a letter send by email and fax. Then try to call agent over the phone. Good luck
