I'm also hearing about this request for the first time, I don't know anybody who was there on exploratory visit and requested for this check. That's why I'm asking here, probably someone has such experience. I didn't receive any police ticket during my visit.

Yes, I wrote. They just answered that my application is under review and they are unable to provide a timeframe as to when results can be expected. That's it.

Hi, do you know, does it depend on the program - whether it is sponsorship or it is MPNP? Probably sponsorship takes longer than MPNP?

They fixed the problem in my account very quickly. I wrote them yesterday, and today I can see my status in MYCIC. So you can write them, they will fix it. Good luck!

Does anybody have or had the message "status unavailable, please try again later" in MYCIC account?

I don't know exactly which Visa Office is mine - Vienna or Kiev. If they process by country of living - then my office is Vienna. If by country of origin - then Kiev. So with 50/50 probability my VO is Vienna ))

Another question is about emails. If I understand correctly, I shouldn't receive any emails since I linked the application. But anyway I received the email with "This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)...
