They don't normally stamp it. They do take your PR card and ask you to keep your landing document for future use like pension plan..etc. the citizenship certificate and the passport are enough proof that you are no longer a PR but a citizen!

My wife had her test in Nov but missing an entry stamp to our home country. Majdoom the issue is not an entry to Canada it is the entry to another country.

So you have the choice of applying for 5 or 10 years? What is the advantage of applying for the 10 years over the 5 years?

I agree with you FAAMS and thanks for your concerns. Politren I have some of what you mentioned but these are not issues now because I got DM which means it is a matter of scheduling a ceremony day which is taking forever for no reason. CIC agent confirmed that DM = wait for your oath date!

What information/documents are usually requested in the RQ? If you don't get one during the interview can you get one later if you fail to provide certain information like a missing stamp

To be honest it is all officer dependant. I know someone who's wife and kids were in one application with tons of untranslated stamps and the officer like go have lunch and come for your ceremony at 2pm - same day of test/interview!!. He had his ceremony 2 months later which is again not bad...

No news at all! This doesn't make sense to me at all. Even if the ceremonies will be in the new year we should receive invite at least.
