Well, now GCKey has gone back to 'Processing' - I truly don't know what any of this info means or how reliable anything is.

The plot thickens - today GCKey updated to Application Approved, no change in the new portal yet. Why they don't yet match, no idea.

It just shows 'Completed' under eligibility, medical, background checks. And it shows a COPR number, though whether that means anything is yet to be determined....

Try any common misspellings of names or places. My first name is misspelled, and address is an old address even though on GCKey and other documents everything is correct....

Wow that sucks, 7 weeks! No, just the usual tracker for all spousal applications. There's a LVO analysis tab but it's not picking up every application so there's a bit of manual research needed to get a sense. It sure seems slower for us than what you will see on the tracker for sure....

I have tried webform and email, same as you. I tried CPC Ottawa as on the email it mentioned them although it gave the London email address, they didn't respond either. Did you send your passport in? I only had to send pictures and upload the rest via webform as visa exempt.

Hi folks. PPR received from LVO on 13Dec, visa exempt and UK resident so pictures sent to LVO (High Commission) and Annex 1/passport scan uploaded via webform. No news since then, is it normal to take this long for the actual CoPR to be issued? Looking at the tracker most people get theirs back...

Hi all PPR received on 13Dec from London VO (I think as the email said to contact CPC Ottawa if any changes but address was the LVO one, as was the email signature), photos sent to High Commission and received 2 days later and other info uploaded online via webform to LVO as well. Visa exempt...

IRCC and their terminology are neither logical or consistent at times - I have a UK passport so no visa required :)

Agree. Their Ready for Visa email said to contact them after 4 weeks if no news, so I did but no response. Guess it's just a waiting game. A frustrating one.

It hasn't for me so far. Got PPR (Ready for Visa) email back in Dec send docs as requested. Waiting for LVO to do their magic now.

I've managed to get GCKey to work, but have gleaned from here that you get more updates on ECAS like decision made, etc. So would very much like to get that to work. Tried various combinations and so far all return the dreaded 'application not found' screen.....
