CIC is correct. I am waiting for pr card after landing on May 7. One of landers on May 7 has gotten his status approved and the mailed out to him at the moment. So it usually takes more thant 3 weeks for receiving pr card.

No, you don't need to apply for the PR card. You can easily link your application with your GCkey. Go to GCkey and link with your information. then It will show your exist PR card application.

I hope it is the just an issue for a day. By the way, You landed on May 7th? I landed May 7th but the linked PR card application says it submitted on My 8th. Is anything different between you and me?

Does anyone cannot access to your CIC account right now? The cic website keeps saying that the page went to bad gateway. I have no idea what is happening to the CIC account page.
