Thats not true, i have seen some of students got their approval who applied in feb. Btw i have applied on feb 25, non sds Medical passed on 11 march ( upfront ) Review of eligibility started on 11 march.

Don't apply now. You have to improve band score. Try to gain each 6. I'm in the same boat, so gonna improve IELTS again this time.

AIP - Approval In Principle. Temporary 2 stage study visa process changes due to COVID-19 pandemic. AIP is first stage decision, so we can start studying online.

Remind them again that u have deferred your intake with updated LOA.

Deferment is simple process. That doesn't change our eligibility criteria for visa process. So you can defer ur intake, but don't change course. IRCC don't force anyone to start studying online. Moreover, in AIP letter it's written that " You may begin your study online now" NOT " You must". So...
