Thanks Jes_ON - to answer your question. I submitted my PPR application in April a little later than usual for personal reasons. I wasn't waiting for PPR just yet when I applied for CEC. You say "you cannot have 2 applications in process for the same program" but it isn't the same program so...

quick question - what if you submit your PR application and get AOR and then months later your IELTS and TEF scores expire. Does this mean you have to redo the tests?
