I called them again today. CSR was very rude. He said your file is in process, and we received your additional documents if we need more information officer will contact you.

I called them last week, but the only information I got is they received the requested documents and attached to our file.

They asked for a copy of the birth certificate on April 2nd and I submitted on April 3rd.

They haven't started reviewing my documents also. When did you submit the documents, and what documents they requested ?
