Will my permanent residence get cancelled if my degree gets revoked?

OK. I think we are trying to say the same thing. 1. If this guy's degree was still 100% valid when he got his PR, then nothing to worry. 2. If this guy's degree was not valid before he got PR, but valid after he submitted his application, then he should let IRCC know. Do I understand this right??

Will my permanent residence get cancelled if my degree gets revoked?

I don't think so man. According to the latest C-6 bill for Canadian Citizenship Laws, right now the only reason to revoke a neutralized Citizen is that he or she lied or misrepresented when applying for PR and citizenship. It just like I married to a Canadian because of love and got a PR, then...

    NOC 4012 - Research/Teaching Assistant questions

Hi, since I didn't do my PhD in Canada, so I really can't give you a definite answer. I know if you consider this "3 years" as Canadian Experience, the system would automatically consider you under "CEC EE" category, but TA or RA in Canada will not be considered as Canadian experience.

    NOC 4012 - Research/Teaching Assistant questions

TA and RA experience would be counted if you applied FSW. Part-time hours can be transformed into full-time hours and see how many full-time it would be. When I was a PhD student in the US, I did 5 years TA or RA job continuously. I claimed NOC 4012 as my primary job, and I've got my PPR
