We are waiting for our PR card right now. We are hoping to take a trip to Montreal and Toronto before our card arrives. We will be flying from Vancouver. Are we allowed to travel within Canada? Our consultant says its better that we dont go because we arent suppose to travel during this time...
Thank you! We landed today at the Vancouver office. The whole peocedure took about an hour. There were around 10-15 other couples there as well. Thank you to everyone for their support! It still hasnt sunken in that we are finally finished! Good luck to all those who are still waiting

We got aip Dec.5/2012 and were asked to submit fingerprints.
I havent received any email yet as to what the decision is though. We went through a consultant so we will see if he receives any snail mail for us this week.
Does anyone know how long the delay is for CIC to open mail? We were requested to send ink fingerprints to CIC and i am assuming that cic will then in turn send them to the rcmp. Would they mail the fingerprints once they've opened the letter or would they wait until they review my file again to...
