Well as long as they haven’t rejected the permit you are on implied status so you are good. Hopefully CBSA responds back soon enough so you can get everything sorted.

For real, are you able to request electronic copies from CBSA? There should be a way. IRCC can request the documents but I don’t know if they will do it or ask you to do it. Have you been able To link your application online?

They didn’t stamp your passport? Even when you went through customs? My husbands passport got stamped even though he’s a US citizen.

Did they request your details from immigration? Or at least tell you to request the information from immigration?

No we didn’t. We just submitted his OWP application with the PR application. We are allowed to do that as long as your spouse is in Canada. Just fill out the form and pay the complete fees. Have you submitted an application?

Yea he was. He came into Canada as an American citizen.

My husband got his work permit approved today. Initial application sent: September 30, 2019. Application returned: October 30, 2019. Application sent back: November 15, 2019. Application received: November 18, 2019 AOR: March 6, 2020 OWP approval: March 13, 2020

I haven’t been able to link it. I keep trying but unable to. I am only able to see the pr application.

how did you find your work permit on the gc key? I am a November 18 applicant as well. I haven’t been able to link the OWP application but the PR says its in progress.

Same! My husband’s application was received on November 18 as well and I am waiting for an OWP to come through at least. Did you get AOR?
