yaa! u can use one envelop for both of u. u can send to either consulate. i sent to NY as I stay near to eastcoast.

congratulations for visa! I just found out that "VISA SECTION" is mentioned in LA consulate address where as in NY address"IMMIGRATION SECTION" is mentioned. as I sent my passports to NY I wrote immigration section as per their instructions. but for people sending passports to LA they r suppose...

what is wrong with that? i also wrote immigration section. in their website they clearly mentioned immigration section. moreover once they enter your UCI no in their system they will know which visa u applied for. dont worry. my passport is delivered today at NY.

some times they act fast.however they can take more than one week to mail out our passports.once they mail the passport they will update the status to closed.
