My passport was delivered to my mailbox in the morning as I had not opted for signature confirmation for Xpresspost. I have a vacation planned end of Feb will be returning in March. If I land now wont receive PR card till then.

Applying for travel doc seems to be a hassle.Also one needs to show proofs..I could not find processing time of travel doc.

I got ppr on Dec 30..My gcms notes which I got now says application was made RFV on 10/27.They delayed 2 months to give ppr

I need to go out of canada on Feb 15 and ll return in March..Do I need to wait till march to do landing or r there any other alternatives.

Can a Canada PR apply for visitor visa for parents or do they have to apply for super visa I have problems with my income proofs hence don't prefer applying for SuperVisa.

Finally got PPR today at 9:58 AM Those who haven't got it yet will get it soon.

Missed this batch . Don't know when is the next as gaps between FSW batches are notoriously long.

Congrats to those who got PPR Seems 3 FSW inland got PPR today. 2 from July and 1 from Aug. Are they not processing in batches

Congrats to all June applicants. Any July applicants got GCMS notes recently . Would be interesting to know if processing was completed by this time last month.

Any July AORs ordered GCMS in Nov. Will come to know if all the checks have been completed for July AORs.

It took 5.5 months for may applicants to get PR. It took 4 months of June. Maybe they are processing July1-Aug 15 as one batch

Approximately 500 officials, including temporary visa officers, are being deployed to staff offices abroad . So definitely some FSW officials must have gone Meanwhile today there was an article on how CIC has put CEC 2014 applicants in limbo...

That's an interesting revelation . I guess CIC officials don't work after 15th Dec
