Yes. It is always recommend to wait till you complete 12 months if you were picked as part of CEC.- BickKuttoski

What makes you believe you may get it in 1 - 2 weeks? Did you hear anyone recently got PR card in such timeframe? Most people i check got approved(eCOPR) by late Nov or early Dec. They didn't get it yet.- BickKuttoski

Not sure whether it applies to all the cases. When i called IRCC for application status, agent asked me to confirm which residential address and phone number should be kept as primary.
