As far as I know, a Med Exam is valid for 12 months.

I have a letter from the bank (issued on June21) which "does not" mention point 5 and 3. Is it okay if I provide bank statement for the past 6 months along with this letter in order to suffice for point 5 & 3? Or should try to get a new bank letter with 5 & 3 in it.
