I don't think it's a good idea. Reply from that official link is as like update on our file. We never know when we get it, instead try from any agency.

Official website to apply gcms notes but you need to sign a representative from to whom you trust someone living in canada or having Canadian pr. (In my case this didn't worked) so i searched online and found one agency for 1k INR and signed the same representative from to them and got it in one...

I applied in July by myself to my friends address in Canada but no luck. Again ordered through an agency in India in September 1st week, got it by September last week
