Use sponsored person's UCI, and all of their information. Mine works this way as I am the sponsor for my husbands application, we try to use his information and his UCI or application number it doesn't work. So I use mine and it works.

The medical they asked for is Chest Xray, Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION I hope this wait will be over soon :) :)
