No, today I received an email about Progress Bar and when logged on it shows expected completion by May 1, 2021!!! Background check turned into We are processing your background check, it wad Not Applicable earlier.

Are you referring to the tick where it says proceed even if not eligible? I do not check that tick as the guide says will be rejected anyway even if selected, I do not know why there is such option as both case results in denied if not eligible

Correct, myCIC still show as IN PROGRESS but medical, biometric and PCC all passed. Background check shown as Not Applicable.

Is it possible to apply for a super visa while PR application is pending? My wife's parents are on visitor visa and their PR is in process (May 2), now her parents want to move to Canada to live with us 2 years, can they go back home and apply for super visa while their PR application is on going?
