No it’s not true even those issued COPR before March 18 like me , received email saying my application would not be rejected if I am unable to travel because of covid19, and also informed whenever get ready to travel just inform through webform and I did.

Same here raised for extension on webform day before yesterday I am from USA,

Me and my wife from USA got approved and are supposed to land canada by June 12, 2020, but due to COVID-19 we may not be able to travel, also applied for extension on webform and no reply yet, please advise- RAMZAN ALI
